When examining specific aspects of eldercare, a mixed picture emerges. Notably, 83.9% of residents in special housing report effective cooperation with relatives, which is similar to the national average of 83%. However, for those in special housing, 10% of individuals experience significant issues with anxiety or worry, which is significantly above the national average of 6.4% (c03). Furthermore, a troubling aspect is that 3.6% of home care recipients report severe loneliness, significantly below the national average of 4.7% (c02).

The responsiveness of the home care services is evident, with a notable 8.5% of users reporting always receiving good service, above the national average of 7.4% (c06). Additionally, 9.3% of users feel very secure, compared to the national average of 8.2% (c07). Despite these positive aspects, addressing the 8.1% of home care users whose needs are adapted is important for ongoing improvement in services, as this figure is somewhat above the national average of 7.4% (c09). Overall, while Bengtsfors performs strongly in many eldercare aspects, it should focus on addressing the areas where it falls short compared with the national standards.
