    Your privacy

Socyti is built to be used without you providing any information about yourself. Here we describe the small amount of processing that still takes place, and the rights you have.

    • Anonymous visitor statistics are processed on servers within the EU and are not linked to any identity.
    • The statistics on Socyti are about municipalities, not about individuals.
    • Questions and rights requests: kontakt@socyti.se.
    01

    Who is responsible

Socyti AB (reg. no. 559118-3529) is the data controller for the processing of personal data described on this page. You can reach us at kontakt@socyti.se for all matters relating to privacy and personal data.

    02

    No account, no cookies

Socyti requires no account and has no login. The website uses no cookies and stores no information in your browser. Your choices in the service, such as priorities in the Flyttprofil, are processed in the moment and are not saved in connection with you.

    03

    Anonymous visitor statistics

We use cookie free visitor statistics to understand how the service is used, for example which pages are visited. The statistics are processed by our analytics tool PostHog on servers within the EU (Frankfurt), are not linked to any identity, and are not used for advertising or cross site tracking. The statistics also cover anonymous events in the service, for example searches that return no results and which municipalities are compared, without any link to an identity.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service. Because the statistics are anonymous, they cannot be used to identify you.

    04

    Technical data

Like all websites, our servers receive technical data, such as IP address, when a page is fetched. Such data is used solely for operations and security, with legitimate interest as the legal basis. It is kept in technical logs for a limited time and cleared on a rolling basis. It is not used to identify you.

    05

    When you email us

If you contact us at kontakt@socyti.se we process the information you provide, such as your email address and the content of the message, in order to handle your matter. The information is kept for as long as the matter requires and is then deleted.

    06

    The MoveCheck queue

If you join the MoveCheck queue we store the email address you provide, together with the time of consent, for a single purpose: to contact you about MoveCheck when it is your turn. The legal basis is your consent. The address is not used for anything else, is not shared with anyone, and is not linked to the visitor statistics. It is kept until the service opens for you or until you ask us to remove it, which you can do at any time via kontakt@socyti.se.

    07

    The statistics are about municipalities

The content on Socyti is based on public statistics about Sweden's 290 municipalities from open data sources such as Kolada, Statistics Sweden (SCB) and the National Agency for Education (Skolverket). It is aggregated statistics about municipalities, not information about individuals.

    08

    Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of personal data concerning you, to object to processing and to request that processing be restricted. Because Socyti does not store data linked to visitors, in most cases we hold no data about you, but you are welcome to contact kontakt@socyti.se and we will help you.

If you believe we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
